Man Charged With DUI Manslaughter In Fatal Bunnell Crash

Bunnell, FL – A 28-year-old man has been charged with DUI manslaughter for a 2014 crash that killed 2 women.

Following that October 20th accident in Bunnell Jody Allen Hyde was cited for careless driving and fined $166 but after a homicide investigation by FHP Cpl. Pete Young, Hyde was arrested and charged with 2 felony counts of DUI manslaughter, 2 felony counts of drunk driving with injuries, and 2 misdemeanor charges of property damage.

He was booked at the Flagler County Jail but has since posted his $58,000 bail.

Hyde faces a minimum of 4 years if he’s convicted.
