Authorities say Gibbs and the dog were in the vehicle stopped this week for a suspect with an out of state warrant. That man, Jesse Hoyte, was taken into custody during that stop. Police say they believe Gibbs is the man seen on security video at the time of the theft outside Culver's on Dunlawton Avenue. Hannah, a tan and white sheltie, had been left leashed to a tree by an Ohio family while they were inside eating. She was gone when they came out.
