Daytona Beach, FL-Condo sales here bounced back in November after October felt the negative impact of Hurricane Matthew. A new report out, culled from the Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service (MLS), shows sales last month were up 11% compared to the same month a year ago. Median sales prices were up 25% year over year. The analysis was done by The Wyse Home Team at Keller Williams in Port Orange. Realtor Ron Wysocarski says 88 condos sold in the Daytona Beach MLS last month at a median sales price of $201, 250. Wysocarski says inventory is still lagging with about 12% fewer condos on the market now than were available in November 2015. The most expensive condo sold last month went for $915,000 in the Island Crowne Condos in Daytona Beach Shores.
