St. Augustine, FL – The jury for the Deltona man accused of triple murder began deliberating Friday.

Luis Toledo is accused of murdering his wife, Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia and Michael Otto, in 2013. The case’s prosecutors claim Toledo murdered his wife and her children after learning of his wife's affair.

At around 9:25 AM on Friday, jurors began their deliberation, and if they do not come back with a verdict by Friday night, they will be sequestered at a hotel. Jurors asked to see Toledo’s video testimony about the day he killed his wife and the day he tried to kill himself in 2013. They also asked for the death timeline and photos of the dumpster where evidence was found.
