St. Augustine, FL – The Deltona man accused of triple murder has been found guilty of all murder charges brought against him.
A jury came back with the verdict that Luis Toledo killed his wife, Yessenia Suarez, and her children Michael and Thalia Otto, in 2013. Toledo was found guilty of 1st-degree murder for the deaths of the two children, 2nd-degree murder for the death of Suarez, and evidence tampering.
On Wednesday, sentencing for the case will begin. Toledo potentially faces the death penalty for the murders.
