Judge Gives Former Flagler County Elections Supervisor Jail Time & Probation

Flagler County, FL - Kimberle Weeks, the former Flagler County Elections Supervisor, has been sentenced to one month in jail and 18 months of probation after being convicted of seven counts of illegally recording public officials without their consent, all third-degree felonies.

Weeks’ sentence is currently on appeal and the judge allowed her to post an appellate bond of $25,000. If the appeal fails, Weeks will then be booked into to the Flagler County jail.

As part of her conviction, Weeks is not allowed outside of the Seventh Judicial Circuit (St. Johns, Flagler, Volusia and Putnam counties) without permission. Being a convicted felon, she must give up her weapons. Weeks also faces the loss of her pension and over $3,000 in costs related to her case.
