Joint Agency Search Warrant Leads To 3 Arrests

Flagler Beach, FL - A joint operation between members of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit, FCSO SWAT and Flagler Beach Police Department leads to the arrests of three suspects involved with narcotics distribution.

Earlier today (December 12th), a search warrant was executed at a Flagler Beach residence on Lantana Avenue.

Multiple felony narcotics charges are expected against 36-year-old Jamie Lee Bullock, the owner of the residence, 37-year-old Jeffrey William Blanchard, a resident of the home and 20-year-old Aren Banyon Blaise Roberts, also a resident.

According to FCSO, both the Sheriff's Office and FBPD received numerous complaints in recent months of suspected drug activity.

Their investigation confirmed those reports and evidence seized also confirms that illegal distribution of narcotics was also taking place at the residence.

Both Bullock and Blanchard were charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Blanchard was additionally charged with possession of cannabis over 20 grams.

Roberds was charged with possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bullock was also charged with possession of cannabis under 20 grams.

Two juveniles were found at the residence.  They were turned over to a nearby family member and a report was filed with the Florida Department of Children and Family Services because of the drug activity in the home.

It's not clear who their parents are.

According to FCSO, the investigation is still ongoing and further charges are pending.
