Flagler Beach, FL - A 2-month long joint agency investigation came to a close on Thursday when the Flagler County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit, FCSO Tactical Team, and Flagler Beach Police Department executed a search warrant at a Flagler Beach home and arrested five people on various narcotics charges.

The home at 135 Oak Lane had been the focus of several complaints of heavy traffic and suspected drug activity. The home was littered with used hypodermic needles and the City of Flagler Beach Code Enforcement was called to the scene due to the deplorable living conditions and possible safety hazards, which are currently being evaluated.

Wayne Francis Paytas Jr, 30, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a New or Legend Drug, and Possession of Cannabis. Brandon Kyler Paytas, 26, was charged with Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Cannabis. Timothy Ryan Paytas, 28, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deidre Janeth Tilelli, 39, was charged with Possession of a New or Legend Drug and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Nicholas Nehemia Nock, 31, was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

“Another handful of poison peddlers are off the streets and in the Green Roof Inn where they belong,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Let this be a lesson that if you try to sell your drugs in Flagler County, all agencies will work together to get you off our streets and into jail.”

Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more charges are pending.
