Holly Hill, FL - A Holly Hill man was arrested for sexual battery after police say he forced an exotic dancer who was renting a room from him to have sex with him at gunpoint and kicked the woman out of the house afterward.
According to police reports, 31-year-old Jason Fox was renting a room to a 19-year-old woman on Center Ave. in Holly Hill. At about 6:15 AM on Thursday, Fox woke the woman up by slapping her in the face and holding a small, silver, black-handled gun to the right side of her forehead. Reports say he grabbed the woman around her neck and told her to take off her clothes.
Police say that Fox forced the woman to perform oral sex on him and then forced her to have sex with him twice. The woman reported that she could smell marijuana on Fox's breath. The woman was later taken to the hospital and immediately identified Fox in a photo lineup.
The woman works as an exotic dancer in Jacksonville, but she was renting a room with Fox while she picked up work in Daytona, according to police reports. Fox told police that the woman was renting a room in his home for $150 a week. He admitted to having sex with the woman but claimed it was consensual. He told investigators that she had not paid him the rent, so he later kicked her out of the house, drove her to beachside Daytona, and then dropped her off at a hotel near Ocean Deck restaurant.
Fox was taken into custody and held without bond.
