Holly Hill, FL – The Holly Hill Police Department made an arrest following an investigation into child abuse complaints.
Marc Holyfield II, 32, was arrested after claims that he spanked a child so hard that there was bruising and welting on the child’s right side.
The investigation into Holyfield led police to cooperate with the Child Protection Team and the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The child has been placed with DCF.
Holyfield faces an aggravated child abuse charge and is currently in custody without bond.
