Daytona Beach, FL-A status hearing for the mother who drove into the Atlantic in 2014 with three children in her mini-van has been continued to next week.  The State Attorney’s Office filed a motion last week to revoke Ebony Wilkerson’s conditional release after suspecting that she was not taking her prescribed medications.

During today’s hearing, Judge Leah Case pointed out that her court order for the conditional release stated that Wilkerson should be supervised to ensure she did take her medication.  Allegedly, staff at the step-down facility in Lake Wales let Wilkerson self-report.

The status hearing is continued to next week.
