Volusia County, FL-Troopers are looking for witnesses to a fatal hit and run early Sunday morning that killed a Green Bay woman in Volusia County.
54-year-old Gladys Javes was hit by an unknown vehicle as she stood by her disabled 1999 Jeep in the right side emergency lane on 95 NB at MM 236 around 4 AM Sunday.
