Elections Supervisor Kaiti Lenhart said that her office has 13-thousand requests for the ballots on file. She said the delivery time locally should be between 3 to 5 days. Lenhart said a sample ballot will be mailed out this Sunday. Lenhart stated that the number of registered voters in Flagler County continues to increase with 33,820 registered Republicans, 25,463 Democrats and 22,485 registered as No Party Affiliation. With all the state amendments and three additional for the city of Palm Coast, Lenhart said the ballot for Flagler County is almost 17 inches long and double-sided. Lenhart said that you can download a booklet that explains the changes the amendments will make to the state's constitution on the Flagler Elections website.
