Flagler County, FL - Flagler County Sheriff's Office detectives are still searching for the spray paint bandits who have been vandalizing homes and vehicles throughout the county all month, and now they're asking for the public's help.
Detectives have followed up on all available leads to try and identify the suspect, but with no luck so far. While detectives think all the graffiti is related, they don't believe it's gang related or racially motivated, despite the phrase "stay white" being spray painted repeatedly.
Detectives are now asking residents to call the Sheriff's Office or local law enforcement if they see anything that could be related to these cases of vandalism. They also want to remind businesses that it's illegal to sell aerosol spray paint to minors. Deputies have increased patrols in residential areas to try and stop future acts of vandalism.
“If you see something, say something,” says Sheriff Rick Staly. “That will be the best way for us to identify who is doing this and put a stop to it.”
