Flagler County Sheriff's Office Turns 100, Invites Community To Help Celebrate

Bunnell, FL - The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is welcoming everyone to celebrate the agency's 100 years in the community.

On July 10 at 11 AM, the Sheriff's Office invites the community to join in the fun at the Sheriff's Operation Center at 901 E. Moody Blvd. in Bunnell. The Sheriff's Office will also unveil its new Agency History Museum at the centennial.

"The Sheriff's Office has proudly served our community for 100 years. We look forward to reflecting on the past and preparing for the future," says Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly.

During the festivities, deputies will be allowed to wear black boots and western style hats with their Sheriff's Office uniform. The boots and hats (shown in the picture above) were commonly worn by Flagler deputies from 1917 through the 1990's
