Flagler Jury Returns 7 Guilty Verdicts Against Former Supervisor Of Elections

Bunnell, FL - A Flagler County Jury deliberated for about two and a half hours before returning seven guilty verdicts in the case of former Flagler County Elections Supervisor Kimberle Weeks.

Weeks was accused of six counts of Interception of Oral Communication and one count of Unlawful Disclosure of Wire Interception. Sentencing in the case will be held at a later date.

Victims in this case include Secretary of State Ken Detzner and Palm Coast City Clerk Virginia Smith.

The lead prosector in this case was Flagler Managing Assistant State Attorney Jason Lews, with Assistant State Attorney Sharleen Sullivan sitting second chair. The case was presided over by Circuit Judge Margaret Hudson presided.
