Doughney advised of the detour, “South Central Avenue is a quiet, quaint, two-lane roadway that runs through a residential neighborhood. We’re respectfully requesting Biketoberfest visitors keep their speed at 25 mph in the detour location. Our residents have endured trying times in the past few weeks and thoughtful consideration for speed and noise, especially in the evening hours, is greatly appreciated”.
