FL Supreme Court: Juries Should Be Unanimous To Impose Death Penalty

Florida – FL’s Supreme Court says that juries should unanimously agree to impose a death penalty sentence.

That decision comes after the US Supreme Court ruled in January that the state’s death penalty process was unconstitutional.

The State Supreme Court decision was made on Friday, and it makes it unclear what will happen in hundreds of pending FL death-penalty cases.
