Volusia County, FL-What passes for fall weather in Florida is headed our way for the weekend. National Weather Service meteorologist Wil Ulrich says a cold front will begin sliding into the area Friday night and bring chillier overnight temperatures to Volusia County and daytime highs that won't crack 80 degrees. Ulrich says overnight lows will dip into the 50's and 60's, but neither the highs or lows will approach records here. Ulrich says the warm up will begin as soon as Sunday when winds will shift around onshore to modify the air off the Atlantic. Ulrich says the first cold snap of fall always feels colder here because we've gotten acclimated to the 80's and 90's we've lived with the summer humidity over the past months. 2016 Southern Stone Communications Copyright
