Daytona Beach, FL-Another step toward recovery after Hurricane Matthew when FEMA today opens a Disaster Recovery Center in Daytona Beach. The center will operate out of the Florida Department of Health at 1845 Holsonback Drive and will help residents of Volusia County who had damage to homes and businesses due to Matthew. Use the conference center entrance. A FEMA Center opened October 26 in Flagler County.
