FCSO/SWAT Operation Uncovers Drugs, Guns & 3 Meth Labs In A Flagler Home

Flagler County, FL – A meth lab house in Flagler County was shut down by a Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) and SWAT operation. At around 7:30 AM on Friday, a search warrant was issued at 2345 Blueberry Street, a home in Daytona North. The FCSO’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Flagler County SWAT, St. Johns County SWAT, patrol units and Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly entered the property to find drugs, guns and 3 meth labs.

3 shotguns, 1 rifle and various gun parts were found at the residence and 3 “shake and bake” meth labs were shut down by Flagler County Fire Rescue (FCFR) due to their dangerous potential.

As a result of the operation, 6 Bunnell residents were arrested and charged with a variety of crimes including:
  • Gage Ryan Watts, 23, charged with selling meth, a 2nd-degree felony
  • Amanda Parker, 29, charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon
  • Anthony Scott Pezza, 18, charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon
  • Charles Larkin Cowart, 34, arrested on a warrant for Revoked Bond for Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and committing a crime while out on bond
  • John Driggers, charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon
  • Kenneth Driggers, charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and manufacturing meth, a 2nd-degree felony
"This was a residence that our District 3 patrol deputies discovered as a possible drug house and they passed along information to our investigators who quickly moved in and gathered enough information for a search warrant. I’m thankful no one was hurt during this operation and that we were able to shut down this meth lab,” says Sheriff Staly. “If you think you can manufacture and sell drugs in Flagler County you’re seriously mistaken, we’re coming after you.
