Flagler County, FL – The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office announces a new partnership with a suspicious-activity reporting app.

Fortify Florida (stylized as FortifyFL) is an app that specializes in relaying anonymous information about suspicious activity from students, faculty and anyone in the community to public safety agencies and or school officials.

The app was developed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement after the Florida Legislature passed the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Safety Act following the deadly Valentine’s Day shooting.

Students from MSD helped created the name and design the logo.

The app is available for free for any iOS or Android device on the App Store or Google Play. Tips can also be submitted to Fortify Florida’s website.

The FCSO app is also available on the App Store and Google Play. Residents can also submit tips to FCSO at TIPS@FlaglerSheriff.com
