Purse Snatcher Strikes Outside Palm Coast Walmart

Palm Coast, FL – FCSO is asking for the public’s help as they look for the suspect who stole a woman’s purse in the parking lot of a Palm Coast Walmart.

The woman had just left the store at 174 Cypress Point Pkwy. and was putting groceries in her trunk when a silver newer-model Hyundai Sonata pulled up. A black woman jumped out of the passenger side and grabbed the victim’s purse, which was on top of the shopping cart, then got back in the car which sped off toward Palm Coast Pkwy.

The victim told deputies her driver’s license, cash, 3 prescriptions, and debit and credit cards were all in her purse.

Surveillance video from the store is expected to be released in the near future and deputies are processing the scene of the crime.
