FCSO Looking For Palm Coast Motorcycle Flasher

Palm Coast, FL - FCSO is on the lookout for a motorcyclist who's been exposing himself to women in Palm Coast.

Detectives are investigating at least 4 cases from the past month involving a man exposing himself to a woman.

On July 27 at 9:09 PM a woman was walking her dog on Rae Drive in Palm Coast when a man on a motorcycle with no headlight stopped near her. He exposed himself to her and asked if she wanted to make $100. The suspect in this case was described as a 20-year-old black man wearing a helmet, blue jeans, and a dark shirt. He was riding a black motorcycle.

On Aug. 11 at 5:20 PM a woman was walking her dogs near Westchester Lane in Palm Coast when a man on a motorcycle approached her and exposed himself before driving away. He was described as a black male.

On Aug 15 at 9:55 PM a woman was sitting in a chair in her garage on Pinelynn Lane in Palm Coast when a man walked onto her driveway and exposed himself. She yelled for her husband and the suspect ran towards Pinelynn Drive. He was described as a black man between 5'1" and 5'3" tall. He wasn't wearing a shirt but was wearing blue jeans and orange-framed sunglasses. The victim said he had well-defined abdominal muscles. There was no motorcycle involved in this case.

On Aug. 26 at 4:47 PM a woman was walking her dog near Pinto Lane and Pin Oak Drive in Palm Coast when a motorcyclist approached her and exposed himself before fleeing on the bike. He was described as being between 5'8" and 5'9" tall, was wearing a gray hoodie tied tightly to his face and blue jeans, and he was riding a dirt bike.
