Calloway admitted that there were drugs in the home, and methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia were found in his master bedroom closet, safe, and master bedroom. He was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and public nuisance. He was being held on a $2,750 bond. A guest at the home, 29-year-old Erica Bertha, was packing up her things, and deputies say they found a bag with methamphetamine weighing 12.2 grams tucked in between her stack of clothes. She was arrested for drug possession with intent to sell and held on $5,000 bond.

An investigation is being conducted to determine whether or not drugs were actually being sold inside the home. "That part is ongoing to determine if they were selling drugs out of the house, but the quantities that were found and the way they were packaged indicates that they probably were selling drugs from that house," says Brittany Kershaw, Public Affairs Manager for FCSO. FCSO says they have received numerous tips about the high foot and vehicle traffic at the house believed to be associated with drugs. Some of the nearly 90 calls in the past year have been reports of stolen vehicles, drunk drivers, larceny, narcotics, suspicious people and vehicles, warrant services and weapon complaints. There was a drug overdose reported at the home on April 16. “This has been a problem house in this neighborhood caused by the homeowner having no respect for his neighbors,” says Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly. “If he wants to continue to allow his home to be a revolving door of criminals, drug users and poison peddlers then I hope he enjoys staying at the Green Roof Inn.
