Edgewater Police Arrest Suspect Who Fatally Shot A Man At The No Name Saloon

Edgewater, FL – Police have arrested the man who fatally shot someone at the No Name Saloon in Edgewater.

At around 1:30 AM on Saturday, Edgewater Police arrived at the No Name Saloon located at 2001 S. Ridgewood Ave. in response to a call about a person being shot. 29-year-old Travis Jones of Oak Hill was shot and taken to Florida Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The shooter was identified as a 52-year-old Edgewater man, Rudolf John Ulics. When police arrived at his home, Ulics admitted that he shot Jones. Ulics was subsequently arrested for 2nd-degree murder.
