Daytona Beach, FL-The mom who drove her mini-van with three kids inside into the Atlantic in 2014 is back on the court docket. Ebony Wilkerson was in court because the State Attorney's Office made a motion to revoke her conditional release. They say Wilkerson was not taking her prescribed medication, which is part of the release.

Her husband, Lutful Ronjon, said that Wilkerson might need a different kind of treatment instead of going in circles. He said Wilkerson should be back with her family and that's the number one priority.

Ronjon said that Wilkerson might not have stopped taking her medication if authorities were more lenient about seeing her children. Wilkerson was in court a few weeks ago asking for supervised visitation with the children. The judge denied the request at that time, asking for a detailed plan for visitation.

Ronjon said that Wilkerson took herself to a hospital last week to help herself "'cuz there was no other option for her, 'cuz you can't wait for help to come. Sometimes you have to go help yourself and that's what she has done."

Ebony Wilkerson's status hearing has been continued to next week. She remains in the Volusia County Jail.
