Deltona, FL - Investigators are trying to figure out what led up to a pedestrian being hit and killed by a vehicle late Wednesday night in Deltona.
The fatal accident happened on Doyle Rd. near Courtland Blvd. Volusia County Sheriff's deputies say the driver called 911 and stayed on scene after hitting the pedestrian around 11:30 PM.
The driver was cooperating with authorities and it's not known at this point if they will face any charges.
