Deltona Man Who Stalked Ex-Girlfriend & Broke Into Her House Turns Himself In

Deltona, FLUpdate: Christopher Jusino, the Deltona man accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend and breaking into her house, turned himself in at the Volusia County Jail overnight Wednesday. Before he turned himself in, Jusino had returned to his ex-girlfriend's home, violating an injunction against him. He also tried to flee from deputies, turning his headlights off and speeding away at over 100 miles per hour. Earlier Reporting: Volusia County Sheriff's Office (VCSO) is looking for a man from Deltona who is accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend, breaking into her house, and breaking her bedroom door as she was asleep with her current boyfriend. 31-year-old Christopher Jusino has a warrant out for his arrest. At about 1:20 AM Thursday, October 5, a deputy responded to his ex-girlfriend, 32-year-old Celena Magnussen's home in Deltona. Magnussen says that Jusino broke through the front window of her house, according to VCSO reports. Jusino began to kick and pound on her bedroom door and ended up breaking the door in half. Magnussen said that Jusino was "belligerent and out of control" and upset due to the fact that she was dating her new boyfriend. Jusino yelled, "I'll kill him," referring to the current boyfriend, according to Sheriff's Office reports. Jusino is accused of coming to Magnussen's house repeatedly and calling her constantly over the past several months. During the incident on Thursday, he caused an estimated $1,000 worth of damage to her window and door. Jusino is charged with burglary, stalking, and criminal mischief.
