DeLand High To Hold 45th Annual Volusia All-County Choral Music Showcase

Volusia County, FL – The 45th annual Volusia All-County Choral Music Showcase is coming up soon.

At 7 PM on Thursday, November 9, DeLand High School, located at 800 N. Hill Ave., will host middle and high school chorus students from around the county. Over 200 students will perform at the concert. Volusia County Schools remind that the event is free and open to the public.

Mr. Evan Powers from Avalon Middle School in Orlando will lead the middle school chorus and Dr. Jean Hickman, choral director at Daytona State College, will conduct the high school chorus. The concert will feature various musical styles and genres as well as individual piano performances from the County’s piano lab courses.
