DeBary Teen Charged With Killing Mother Pleads Not Guilty

DeBary, FL – The DeBary teen accused of murdering his mother over bad grades pleads not guilty to the charges pressed against him.

15-year-old Gregory Ramos appeared in court this morning (December 6th), in relation to the strangling death of his mother that occurred earlier last month over bad grades.

It was on that day that Ramos strangled his mother and had his friends help stage a burglary, before he reported her missing.

Court documents show that Ramos pleaded not guilty to the three charges against him which include abusing a dead body, tampering with evidence and first degree murder.

His next day in court is scheduled for the morning of January 23rd, 2019.
