DBPD Seeks Accused Female Accomplice In Disabled Man Robbery

Daytona Beach, FL - Police have released a photo of a female suspected of being involved in last week's robbery of a disabled man at his home on Madison Avenue in Daytona Beach. At around 12:30 PM on Sunday, May 6, the 62-year-old victim accepted the offer of one man and one woman who agreed to follow him home from Family Dollar, located at 200 N Ridgewood Ave., to help unload his groceries. Once inside, the male suspect pushed over the 62-year-old, who is missing his lower left leg, and stole his wallet. The female suspect stayed outside in what appeared to be a white, 2000's model Chevy Impala. Inside the victim's wallet was his social security card, driver's license, debit card, and $70 in cash. For original reporting on this story, head here. The victim described the male suspect, who is pictured below, as being approximately 30 years old, 5'10", 200 pounds, with short, black hair. He was wearing an orange t-shirt, black pants, and an orange hat. The female suspect, who is pictured below, was described as being heavyset with shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a white, shin-length dress. The woman is now being accused of helping the male commit the robbery.
