Police Officer Investigated In Daytona Beach For Relationship With Car Repair Shop

Daytona Beach, FL - A DBPD Lieutenant is under investigation after a friendly business agreement to restore his car ended up with a local repair shop owner in jail.

Dennis King was arrested on 2 felony charges of grand theft and obtaining property by fraud, but after the State Attorney's Office reviewed the case, the charges were dropped.

Lieutenant James Brodick has been suspended for 10 days, and FDLE is investigating.
