UPDATE: Police have identified the deceased motorcyclist as 19-year-old Brandon Maynard of Holly Hill.
At this time, police believe the Mustang was headed westbound on Beville Rd. approaching Golfview Blvd. when it entered the southbound turn lane. Maynard was traveling eastbound on Beville, approaching the same intersection, when the Mustang turned in front of him, causing the bike to hit the passenger side of the car.
Maynard was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:06 PM on Wednesday, August 3rd.
The traffic fatality investigation is ongoing.

Daytona Beach, FL - A fatal accident involving a motorcycle happened late Wednesday night in Daytona Beach.
The accident happened around 10:59 PM on Wednesday, August 3rd, at the intersection of Beville Rd. and Golfview Blvd.
DBPD says it appears a Ford Mustang turned in front of the motorcyclist, who was violating the right of way.
The driver of the Mustang didn't sustain any injuries. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say a traffic fatality investigation is pending.
