Daytona Beach, FL – The BP gas station on ISB was robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday morning.

DBPD says an armed robbery took place around 7:02 AM on August 2nd, at the BP at 2980 W. International Speedway Blvd.

The male suspect was wearing blue jeans, a dark blue or black hoodie, a white bandana, sunglasses, and white “converse type” shoes. He was armed with a black handgun.

When the store clerk entered the building she went to the office to get the cash drawer. The suspect came in, called the clerk a “rude bitch,” then grabbed the money and fled the scene heading northbound.

The clerk said the man had a distinct odor, like he hadn’t showered in a while.

The suspect escaped with around $2,100.

Anyone with information should contact the police.
