Daytona State College To Hold Spring Job Fair With Over 80 Employers

Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona State College (DSC) will host a Spring Job Fair featuring over 80 businesses looking to fill a variety of positions. The job fair will take place at the college, located at 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd. on Wednesday, March 28 from 11 AM until 2 PM. The Annual Spring Job Fair is the largest of many job fairs presented by DSC’s Career Services Department, and the event has drawn nearly 500 job seekers in the past few years, DSC says. “This is not a ‘showcase my company event,’” Dean Howe, head of DSC’s Career Services Department explains. “We verify in our registration process that participating businesses are hiring, and we invite our students, graduates and the general public to join us and connect with area employers who are seeking qualified workers.” The companies featured at the job fair will represent industries like finance, healthcare, government, manufacturing, education, hospitality, building and construction, technology and non-profit.
