Daytona Beach, FL – A Daytona Beach taxi driver manages to avoid jail time after  police write him up for violating the city’s dress code.

Keith Gordon was facing up to 60 days in jail for not wearing a collared shirt with trousers on duty during a police stop this past Bike Week. Instead, he was in a T-shirt and shorts, violating a city ordinance on the books for nearly 20 years.

A Volusia County judge dismissed the ticket in court recently.
