Keith Gordon was facing up to 60 days in jail for not wearing a collared shirt with trousers on duty during a police stop this past Bike Week. Instead, he was in a T-shirt and shorts, violating a city ordinance on the books for nearly 20 years.
A Volusia County judge dismissed the ticket in court recently.
