Daytona Beach Police Look For Man Accused Of Felony Animal Cruelty

animal-cruelty-issues-and-concepts Daytona Beach, FL-Daytona Beach Police have issued a felony animal cruelty warrant for 37-year-old Kenneth Williams, Jr.  Anyone with information on Williams' whereabouts is asked to contact the Daytona Beach Police Department at 386-671-5100 An officer responding to an animal cruelty complaint removed a brindle mix medium size dog that was chained to a tree with two deadbolt locks from a property at 322 N. Caroline on Sunday afternoon. The police report stated that the chain was embedded in the dog's neck and that the dog was very emaciated and had been abused. Bolt cutters were needed to release the dog. The responding officer transported the dog to the emergency animal shelter.
