Daytona Beach, FL-An argument just after midnight at the Friend’s Mart on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Daytona Beach ended with one man dead another in the hospital.  Police say the victim, 30-year-old Bobby Willis and the suspect, 32-year-old Ricky Kelly had the disagreement in the store.

The defendant, Kelly, left the store first.  When the victim, Willis, came out of the store, Kelly shot him multiple times.  Witnesses say that when Willis was on the ground, he was able to fire back, hitting Kelly multiple times.

Kelly fled the scene, while Willis died on the sidewalk.  Halifax Hospital notified police that a black male with multiple gunshot wounds was in their ER.  Kelly is expected to survive and will be charged with first-degree murder.
