Churches, Businesses, Vehicles and Mailboxes Vandalized In Oak Hill

Oak Hill, FL-Update: Two 15-year-old girls from the Oak Hill area have been arrested in connection with a vandalism spree.  Greg Geiger, a member of one of the vandalized churches and others who volunteered to make repairs feel certain that bored young people are behind the vandalism. Some think that references to Satan were just to get a rise out of everyone. Doors and windows were spray-painted all over the building. Obscene language was also used.

Earlier reporting: The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation on property damage in Oak Hill.  Monday night vandals spray-painted graffiti on the First Baptist Church of Oak Hill, the post office, and personal vehicles on Oak St and Adams St.  There are also reports of mailboxes being sabotaged and mail destroyed.
