Cats Saved From New Smyrna Beach House Fire

New Smyrna Beach, FL-Firefighters saved three cats from a house fire Saturday and say no one was home at the time of the blaze. The fire was reported around 6:45 PM and crews responded to 725 Dougherty Street. When crews arrived, fire was visible through the front of the single-story structure. Damage is estimated at $30,000. Two of the cats suffered smoke inhalation and were revived by firefighters at the scene. All three cats lived.
