Bunnell, FL - A 38-year-old Bunnell man was sentenced to 6 months probation after threatening his father-in-law, who's taking care of his 2 children.
Daniel Nickonovitz pleaded guilty to a 2nd degree misdemeanor and avoided a prison sentence. Nickonovitz's in-laws called FCSO about texts he had sent them regarding child support he owed, and according to his arrest report Nickonovitz texted his mother-in-law: "What gets me off is finding middle aged white men and slicing off their skin so that I can wear it as a layer."
Nickonovitz is a felon and has been convicted of battery, and charged with battery on other occasions, DUI, and contempt of court. Additionally, he owns several firearms despite the fact that he is a convicted felon - convicted felons are not allowed to own firearms under FL law.
