Brevard Homicide Suspect Apprehended In Ormond

Ormond Beach, FL - A suspect wanted for homicide in Brevard County is arrested after crashing during a police chase.

Today (March 21st), the Ormond Beach Police Department assisted the United States Marshal Service and the Volusia County Sheriff's Office in the apprehension of Daniel Blair.

Blair was wanted out of Brevard County for homicide.

When OBPD tried to stop the suspect, Blair took off.

The chase ended after Blair crashed into a concrete utility pole at the intersection of Harvard Drive and A1A, near Seabreeze High School.

Blair is now in custody and is currently receiving medical treatment for the crash.
