Deltona, FL - The second medical marijuana dispensary in Volusia County opened its doors to the public in Deltona on Wednesday.
Surterra Wellness's newest medical marijuana dispensary is located at 1200 Deltona Blvd., and the store celebrated its grand opening at 10:30 AM on Wednesday. The dispensary offers five different types of cannabis products for medical treatment: transdermal patches, vape pens, oils, lotions, and sprays. The storefront also features a kitchen and a garden.
Surterra Wellness currently has four other Florida locations in Tampa, Tallahassee, Pensacola, and North Port. The company plans to open up stores in Orlando and Jacksonville. You can find more information at

One other medical marijuana dispensary (Trulieve, in Edgewater), has opened up in Volusia County since Florida voters approved legalizing medical marijuana in November of 2016.
