Bond Denied Again For GA Teen Accused In Fatal Hit And Run

red law book gavel Daytona Beach, FL-A 19-year-old Georgia teen was in a Volusia County courtroom on Friday for a bond hearing. Christopher Moore is accused of intentionally running down and killing 41-year-old Roger Martin Jr. of Bunnell, last month. Bond was denied for Moore for a second time as the judge deemed him a flight risk. The charges are second degree felony murder and leaving the scene of an accident with death. The accident happened in Daytona on Fairview Avenue when Moore was in Daytona Beach for Spring Break. Police say Moore was behind the wheel of a vehicle that hit and killed Roger Martin. Investigators say Moore apparently committed the crime after an argument escalated and went on for several stoplights. Moore allegedly ran down the victim, Roger Martin. Moore was already home in Georgia when the charges were filed. He was extradited and put in Volusia County Branch Jail.
