7th Annual Volusia County Fall Home & Garden Show Coming To Ocean Center

Daytona Beach, FL - The 7th annual Volusia County Fall Home & Garden Show will return to Daytona Beach's Ocean Center next week.

The Fall Home and Garden Show will take place at 101 N. Atlantic Ave. from August 18-20. The event will host thousands of square feet of exhibits, featuring landscape and gardening experts, home improvement contractors, and the latest in products and services and related businesses. Exhibits will explain everything from creating curb appeal to backyard landscapes. It is billed as "THE place to get your home projects solved" and features activities for the whole family.

Some of the highlights of the show are as follows:

• Complete Selection of Home Improvement Needs – A one-stop-shop for interiors, kitchens and baths. Browse aisles of the latest in kitchens and baths, countertops, contractors and remodelers, flooring, windows, and doors.
• Seminars by the Volusia County Master Gardeners
• A plant sale
• New Product Zone – Back by popular demand, the New Product Zone displays all the newest products to help around the house and make everyday tasks more enjoyable.
• Shopping at the Art, Gift & Gourmet area
• Health screenings and flu shots by Walgreens

For the kids, there will be autographs and photos with the Daytona Beach Tortugas' mascot, a free 4" by 6" fall photo for kids 12 and under by Michele Justice Photography, face painting and balloon animals, and "Artrageous" crafts.

Pet lovers can check out the "Pet Zone," and there will also be a celebrity guest appearance by Skip Bedell, co-host of Spike TV’s “Catch a Contractor” and a regular on “Fox & Friends.”

"I'll be sharing with (people) a lot of information and tips that they can do just to make sure they have a great experience when trying to find a home remodeling contractor," says Bedell.
