Ormond Beach, FL - The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO) has made an arrest after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a 23-year-old Ormond Beach man being in possession of child porn.
On Friday, Kevin Stutts was arrested and charged with 15 counts of possessing child pornography after a search warrant was executed at his Avenue E home. An investigation by the VCSO revealed Stutts’ electronic devices had multiple photos and videos of children, ranging from infants to 16-year-olds, in explicit sexual situations.
VCSO detectives are now trying to identify the victims. If you have been a victim or if you have any information that may bring the victims justice, you are urged to contact the VCSO’s Child Exploitation Unit at 386-254-1537.
