Ponce Inlet, FL - Police say a man is in custody after he tried to abduct a teenage girl at a bus stop on Thursday morning in Ponce Inlet.
The 16-year-old bit the would-be abductor when he tried to grab her at around 6 AM on February 16 at the bus stop near Anchor Dr and S Peninsula Dr. He fled in his car but the girl gave investigators a good description of the suspect.
Police in Daytona Beach Shores later arrested the suspect on the Port Orange Bridge.
