Daytona Beach, FL - A man that is wanted on stalking and battery charges in Volusia County was arrested in Texas.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office put out a notice last Wednesday regarding 30-year-old Jeremiah Smith, who was wanted for aggravated stalking and domestic battery charges, as well as threatening to kill the victim.
According to VCSO, deputies with the Webb County Sheriff's Office in Laredo, Texas arrested Smith, who was found sleeping in his car in a Walmart parking lot.
