Daytona Beach, FL - Two 19-year-old Kentucky men, considered 'armed and dangerous" are now in the Volusia County Jail. Both Daiveion Wells and Keith Neal were arrested by Volusia County Sheriff's deputies. They were captured separately with Wells being arrested by Volusia County Beach Safety Officers in Daytona Beach. Neal was captured later in the day in the area of Green Springs Park in Deltona.
This afternoon (January 14), VCSO warned Deltona residents to avoid the area and the bike path at Green Springs Park. It took deputies less than an hour to find Neal and arrest him. They both have warrants out of Louisville, Kentucky. Both are charged as Fugitves from Justice and are beingheld without bond.
